Update
Ingest is back online and the application appears to be stable again. We'll continue monitoring. Please accept our apologies for the problems here. We have prototypes for our new ingest which we will be putting in to place in the coming months to ensure this will never happen again.

Update
We're temporarily taking ingest offline as we rebalance our database. Won't go into technical details here but it should allow faster re-balancing.

Update
We are mostly stable but slow, however, we are seeing some requests drop and are therefore marking all areas as having a partial outage. Our apologies, we are working on restoring stability.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing a slowdown across our application. We are actively investigating but the application will be slow across the board whilst we deal with this influx of reads/writes.
