We were having issues again despite investing significantly in an upgrade. We've now moved all workloads to a queue system, meaning that data will be put into a backlog & processed as fast as possible in the event of a huge amount of traffic. Outage was not the same as last week and only impacted < 0.01% of traffic. Again, sorry for the incidents here.
